- Manage regional Supply Planning activities, ensuring accurate replenishment and optimal inventory levels.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and production plans.
- Define and maintain safety stock strategies based on demand variability and service requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing sites to align production priorities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
- Lead hotlist reviews and ensure timely resolution of supply constraints.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, inventory health, and working capital.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and reduce expedite costs.

Perfil buscado

- 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Planning.
- Experience working in a complex industrial manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to process-based operations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (preferred); Oracle or other ERP experience is also considered.
- Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Hands‑on, execution‑oriented profile with strong operational focus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
