Responsibilities

- You will participate in the implementation of the project.
- You will take part in the DMM (daily morning meetings) / BSC (balanced scorecard) / PSS (problem solving) / Master Plan / improvement ideas and other governance actions of the natural quality team.
- You will collaborate in meeting the performance indicators.
- You will contribute to improving production and manufacturing processes.
- You will provide support to quality control roles.
- Attention to detail and proactivity.
- You will demonstrate initiative and leadership.

Qualifications

- You have a bachelor’s degree or university diploma (TSU) in Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- You have 2 years of experience in a Quality field.
- You have an intermediate to advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), SAP, NCMS, CATIA, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.




- You have the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision, be a good team player, and be self‑motivated.
- You reflect on and learn from your own performance.
- You have strong communication skills and negotiation techniques.
- You turn mistakes into learning opportunities.
- You contribute to an environment that encourages the generation of new ideas by challenging established structures.
- You foster opportunities for idea exchange and idea generation related to improving products, services, or processes.
