Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain PLC software for EOL systems.
- Implement and troubleshoot ACS PLC PC communication.
- Develop and support LabVIEW-based test automation applications.
- Configure industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP).
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production ramp‑up.
- Prepare technical documentation and validation reports.
- Ensure compliance with CE, UKCA, ISO 13849, IEC 62061, and IEC 61508 requirements.

Must‑Have Skills

- 5–8 years in Industrial Automation / PLC Programming.
- Strong experience in Siemens TIA Portal (preferred), Allen Bradley, or Beckhoff.
- Hands‑on LabVIEW development and test automation.
- Experience with ACS systems and machine integration.
- Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols.
- Safety PLC and machine safety implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics,



Automation, or related field.
- Functional Safety certification is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing/EOL testing environments.
