What You’ll Do

- Design and implement automation workflows in HubSpot (marketing, sales, and service hubs).
- Integrate HubSpot with Clio and other platforms to streamline processes.
- Build clear, actionable dashboards that give teams real-time visibility into performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and refine automations to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Document workflows and train internal users when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- HubSpot Certification (required).
- Hands-on experience with automation, CRM integrations, and dashboard building.
- Familiarity with Clio software (preferred, not required).
- A strong finisher: someone who can take projects from idea → execution → adoption.




- Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain complex workflows simply.
