Were on the hunt for a highly organized, bilingual QuickBooks Administrator based in Latin America to support our finance operations. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, love keeping things in order, and thrive in a remote environment this is for you.

What Youll Do:

- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and ad hoc financial tasks as needed.

What Were Looking For:





- 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online version preferred).
- Strong financial or accounting background degree or proven work experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working remotely and independently .
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bonus: Experience working with international teams or U.S.-based clients.
