Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and data flows to enable end-to-end data connectivity and insight generation
- Identify and implement opportunities to transition from manual data handling to automated, intelligence-driven workflows
- Contribute to building AI-ready data foundations by ensuring data is structured, governed, and accessible
- Translate business problems into data requirements that support reporting and dashboards, predictive analytics, AI/ML initiatives
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design and deliver scalable data pipelines, models, and solutions

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles, ideally in SaaS or technology companies with complex data ecosystems
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional delivery environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data, or a related field
- Certifications such as CBAP or Six Sigma (preferred)
