Responsibilities

- Leading supplier evaluation and selection within the tail portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs across quality, service, specifications, and cost efficiency.
- Staying informed on evolving business requirements, including product changes, forecasts, and critical demand.
- Participating in Core Strategy Teams for direct materials and indirect materials in the Efficiency and/or Essential Quadrants.
- Negotiating pricing based on market trends and business strategies, while identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Representing sourcing in project development meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
- Ensuring procurement activities comply with SOPs, audit standards, and company policies.




- Tracking procurement performance and resolving supplier issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, and blocked invoices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement
- Direct and indirect materials procurement knowledge
- Experience on negotiation
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus
- Proficient in SAP for procurement and supplier management tasks
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier networks within the North America market
