Responsibilities

- Manage workload balancing and capacity planning for copywriters, graphic designers, developers, and other creative resources.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and Creative Services teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, calendars, and workflow tools within Workfront.
- Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes through automation and workflow improvements.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and escape risks, blockers, or resource constraints as needed.
- Support ongoing process documentation, training, and adoption of project management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow visibility and project execution.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously.




- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and the ability to build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Workfront experience.
- Experience supporting creative, marketing, or digital production teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Cross-functional project management experience.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience creating, documenting, and improving workflows.
- Experience managing resource capacity, workload planning, or operational reporting.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and project management best practices.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
