Clinic Manager

As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you will manage the daily operations of outpatient centers, hire, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with physicians, track and deliver superior patient outcomes, and monitor regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required, and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team requires assistance.

Patient Care Technician (PCT)

PCTs support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients simultaneously while maintaining clinic functionality. Responsibilities include prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for the first shift. Candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient‑care experience and will learn the discipline of dialysis.

Registered Nurse (RN)

RNs deliver dialysis care to 10–12 patients at a time and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. This role emphasizes relationships with patients and families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful; candidates from ICU, PCU, or surgery backgrounds are also considered. Inpatient RNs administer and assess treatment plans for acute patients in ICU, ER, rehab,



and Med/Surg units with autonomy, requiring leadership and decision‑making skills. They also educate patients and provide exceptional customer service. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or equivalent critical care nursing experience is required.
