Come and join the TRP family at our newest concept coming to Las Olas Boulevard. Our newest concept in the family is launching in the Fall of 2026, and we are looking for the best candidates in Fort Lauderdale to join our amazing team.

NAIA is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality workers to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced dining environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive an enjoyable experience. This position requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a team‑oriented atmosphere and have a love for the culinary arts, we would love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of food/beverage handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, 5 years minimum.




- Excellent/high energy customer service skills with friendly demeanor.
- Ability to adapt/work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with handling cash/credit card payment methods.
- Ensures smooth operation of bar services.
- Attention to detail and presentation.
- Strong cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Collaborate closely with team to facilitate smooth service during peak hours.
- Always adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
