What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting-Finance
- 2 years of experience in General Accounting, and Account Reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) (PLUS)
- Location: Mexico City – Polanco

About the job:

- Perform high-volume transactional processes within the EMEAI Regional Services Center
- Daily monitoring of outstanding items in reconciliation systems
- Create journal vouchers and resolve issues related to deposits, checks, and memos
- Prepare and upload accurate bank and account reconciliations into OneStream
- Support month-end close activities and liaise with GL Accountants and Finance Managers
- Conduct financial analysis and resolve issues in balance sheet clearing accounts
- Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives
- Serve as a point of escalation and support for Analysts and Jr. Analysts
- Maintain strong customer service with internal and external stakeholders
