Qualifications

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in broader IAM technologies and cybersecurity practices
- 5+ years hands‑on experience in implementing simple to complex application integration to access request framework
- 3+ years in identity management support role
- Advanced English is a must
- Hybrid role in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro

Responsibilities

- Manage identity management system and dependent infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity management issues for both internal and external stakeholders




- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to configure and maintain end point credentials
- Provide level 2 & 3 production support to help diagnose and troubleshoot production issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on identity management features and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest identity management and access request features, security trends, and industry best practices
- Document implementation processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for knowledge sharing
