Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities Drive machine reliability and reduce downtime through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage resources and control maintenance costs aligned with budget targets Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong technical knowledge in industrial systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and automation (PLC, robotics) Proactive leadership style, strong analytical skills, and ability to drive results in dynamic environments
