Assistant Controller | Administrative Information Specialist (Plant Finance)

Mission

Ensure and provide reliable and timely financial information of the Plant, generating analysis for decision making, as well as the detection of areas of opportunity and identification of problems and business risks.

Preparation of the budget and forecasts that allow us to know the direction of the Plant.

Active participation in Internal Control processes as well as support in Internal and Finance Audits

Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow)
- Prepare and coordinate the annual budget ,



interacting with multiple plant areas
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Forecast vs Budget vs Previous)
- Analyze and explain financial results to stakeholders
- Support and control month-end closing (P&L;, accruals, journal entries)
- Track and control CAPEX, Tooling and investment projects
- Monitor expense control system and ensure alignment with financial plans
- Provide financial insights for decision-making
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning / controlling
- Strong experience in:

- Forecasting & budgeting

- Financial analysis & variance explanation

- Month-end closing (P&L;)

- Experience controlling CAPEX / Tooling
- Advanced Excel; desirable: Oracle / SAP / Power BI
- Analytical, proactive, resilient profile
