The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new products and engineering solutions.Create 2D and 3D CAD models, prototypes, and engineering drawings.Conduct product testing, data analysis, and design validation.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and product usability.Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and product specifications.Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.Collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing,



and cross-functional teams.Develop project cost estimates and support budget planning.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies.Experiencia y requisitosRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in product design, manufacturing engineering, or project engineeringExperience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)Knowledge of product development processes (preferred)Ability to interpret engineering drawingsFamiliarity with Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN)Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly)Advanced English proficiencySAP experience/knowledgeKnowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Understanding of mechanical design principlesProficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar)Experience with product testing, validation, and technical documentation.Key CompetenciesProblem solvingAnalytical thinkingAttention to detailTeamworkEffective communicationContinuous improvementAdaptabilityTime management
