As we scale, we're seeking a standout Head of Finance – Mexico to help us take our operations in this market to the next level. In this position you will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the General Manager of Mexico .Technology Startup Series B with +$100M USD in annual revenueYou are an experienced and strategic finance leader passionate about driving financial performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability.You bring deep knowledge of Mexica n accounting standards, tax frameworks, and local financial regulations.Financial Strategy and PlanningPrepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.Accounting and ReportingOversee accounting operations,



ensuring accuracy and adherence to Mexican standards.Deliver timely and transparent financial reports to local and regional management.Supervise the preparation and filing of tax obligations.Financial Analysis and Decision SupportAnalyze business performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.Partner with business leaders to evaluate new projects and investments.Compliance, Control, and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with all local accounting, tax, and labor regulations.Strengthen internal controls and implement sound financial policies.Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Postgraduate studies or MBA preferred.Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.Strong understanding of Mexican accounting standards and fiscal frameworks .Proven experience leading finance teams and managing external service providers.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English .
