Responsibilities- Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and evaluate resource utilization (labor and equipment).- Perform time measurements, process balancing, and productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities.- Lead and/or participate in Kaizen events focused on waste reduction, efficiency improvement, and process optimization.- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or delivery.- Analyze existing production processes and ensure compliance with product specifications, enabling proper standardization.- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams for continuous process improvement.Qualifications- Engineering experience related to Industrial Engineering fundamentals.- Knowledge of resource planning and calculation (labor, equipment, etc.).- Ability to identify operational needs based on demand and adjust resources accordingly.- Skilled in line balancing and adjusting resources (increase/decrease)
