Positions: Assistant Cook | Cook | Assistant Chef de Partie (ACDP)

?️ What You’ll Do
- Prepare food following recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety (USPH)
- Work in different kitchen sections
- Support service under pressure
- (ACDP) Manage a section and junior staff
? Basic Requirements
- Assistant Cook → entry level / culinary school or experience
- Cook → solid kitchen experience (3–4 years)
- ACDP → strong experience + leadership
? Ship experience = not mandatory, but helps

Requirements:
Culinary Requirements by Level
Assistant Cook (Entry Level)
- 6 months – 2 years kitchen experience OR culinary school + internship
- Basic culinary skills (knife skills, hygiene, food prep)
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- English level: B1 minimum
- Ship experience: Not required
Cook (Intermediate Level)
- 3–4 years total kitchen experience
- Minimum 1 year as Cook or similar position
- Ability to manage a station and work independently
- Solid knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations
- English level: B1–B2
- Ship experience: Not required (preferred)
Assistant Chef de Partie – ACDP (Advanced Level)
- 4–5+ years kitchen experience
- Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership or section responsibility role
- Ability to manage a section independently
- Strong knowledge of food production, organization, and supervision
- Basic inventory and requisition knowledge
- English level: B2 preferred
- Ship experience: Preferred but not mandatory
General Requirements (All Levels)
- Experience in:
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- or industrial kitchens (offshore/tankers)
- Up-to-date CV with no unexplained gaps
- Verifiable employment references
- Ability to work:
- 10–11 hours per day
- 7 days per week
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure in structured environments
