- Design and implement the end-to-end S&OP; process from scratch.

- Align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain in integrated planning.

- Develop demand, supply, and capacity plans across short and long-term horizons.

- Lead S&OP; governance forums and decision-making processes.

- Monitor and improve key KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, capacity).

- Identify risks and opportunities impacting operations and service levels.

- Drive continuous improvement and process digitalization.

- Support executive decision-making through integrated and data-driven insights.

A successful Gerente de SOP should have:

- Proven end-to-end S&OP; experience within complex industrial environments.





- Track record of designing and implementing S&OP; processes from scratch.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.

- Solid background in demand, supply, and capacity planning.

- Experience working in manufacturing (preferably metal-mechanical or heavy industry).

- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- High level of autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous, transformation-driven environments.

- Advanced English and familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP preferred).
