Responsibilities

- Send letter of representation to all lien holders
- Obtaining W-9’s from providers and lien holders
- Perform administrative duties
- Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
- Liaise between attorneys, clients, and medical providers
- Sending out negotiation letters to providers and lien holders
- Obtain/Confirm final bills from lien holders




- Client communications / Communicating with medical providers and clearing liens
- Medicaid/Medicare/Private Health Insurance Subrogation

Requirements

- Fluent English is REQUIRED
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be a team player
- Company-issued laptop and equipment
- Office based in a WeWork location in Monterrey

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19,416.67 - $31,116.67 per month
