Responsibilities
Implement HSE management system and deploy integral HSE minimum standards and working practices
Track KPIs and annual improvement plans and report performance to head of factory, global HSE and global P&C;
Lead (ISO) audits within the scope of ISO *****, ***** and *****
Secure required permits and licenses and ensure audit readiness
Promote proactive HSE culture through safety meetings, campaigns, and recognition
Ensure compliance with ISO *****, ***** and ***** within the operation
Compentancies
HSE management system: Ability to implement HSE standards and ensure compliance in daily operations.
Risk management and controls: Ability to run risk assessments and ensure controls are effective.
HSE KPI management: Ability to track HSE KPIs and implement annual improvement plans
Audit and permit readiness: Ability to manage permits/licenses and conduct ISO audits with clear evidence
Safety culture leadership:



Ability to lead meetings and campaigns that change behavior and reduce incidents.
Qualifications
ISO ***************** internal auditor certification
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
