Position ResponsibilitiesPlace PO's according to production demand.Maintain records of PO's sent to vendors.Inventory management.Cost analysis & Cost savings.Pickups appointments with vendors.Collaborates with peers in the payables department.Following to PO's with vendor.Position QualificationsBachelor Degree in business, Engineering or a related field preferred or more than 3 years of experience.Minimum of three (3) years' experience in materials management.Knowledge in MRP systems.Knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain and warehousing disciplines.Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.Position Qualities & Values :Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Good interpersonal skills for working with various departments as well as vendor representatives.Excellent Planning and Organizational skills.Attention to detail and problem solving skills.Time managementPosition Requirements:English level Business Proficiency (80%)Advanced Excel, and software associated with Outlook, Microsoft Word.Visa LaserWilling and Ability to travel to US.
