We are looking for a Logistics Analyst responsible for managing and coordinating product import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal company procedures.
What will you do?
Prepare and verify all documentation required for import, export, and virtual operations, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin (USMCA).
Support the management of most of the company's virtual operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all import and export activities comply with local and international laws and regulations, including tariffs, sanitary, and safety requirements.
Full control of consolidated closings, customs entry reconciliations, eighth rule operations,



PROSEC application, etc.
Prepare detailed reports on import and export activities, transit times, shipment status, and any other relevant information for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import and export.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with software related to Annex 24 and Annex 30.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
Knowledge of customs legal framework and international trade.
Knowledge of international transportation procedures (maritime, air, ground).
Intermediate English.
