Market Access & Commercial Excellence Manager – Oncology
Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Expand Access. Build the Market. Deliver Impact. Sun Pharma is launching a new Oncology Business Unit in Mexico and is seeking an experienced leader to develop and execute the access and commercial strategy for its oncology portfolio.

This position will play a critical role in translating the oncology strategy into patient access, institutional adoption and sustainable commercial growth across the public and private healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will combine deep market access expertise with strong commercial leadership and a demonstrated ability to support complex oncology launches in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the market access and commercial strategy for the oncology portfolio.
Define access pathways for public institutions, private hospitals, insurers, payers and specialty channels.
Identify reimbursement, pricing, procurement and institutional inclusion opportunities.
Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies for payers, decision makers,



institutions and healthcare networks.
Support the development of value propositions, health-economic arguments and institutional dossiers.
Lead commercial execution and ensure effective implementation of national sales strategies.
Build, develop and manage the oncology commercial field organization.
Establish territory design, customer segmentation, targeting and resource allocation models.
Define sales objectives, performance indicators and commercial excellence standards.
Lead demand forecasting, business analytics and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Finance.
Develop strategies to address access barriers and accelerate treatment availability.
Support negotiations with strategic customers, distributors and institutional stakeholders.
Ensure launch readiness and alignment across all customer-facing functions.
