The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Campaigns Operations Coordinator to join Skift and drive the day-to-day administration and execution of our advertising and sponsorship campaigns. This role is ideal for an operational professional who takes pride in keeping digital campaigns running smoothly from setup through completion, comfortable working inside complex ad platforms and communicating clearly across remote teams. We are actively looking for candidates based in Mexico and LATAM.

Reporting to the Ad Operations Manager, you are the essential operational link between our Sales and Creative teams. By ensuring that direct-sold digital campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and tracked with extreme care,



you directly safeguard our campaign delivery and advertiser satisfaction. Your attention to detail and rigorous reporting hygiene allow Skift’s commercial engine to operate seamlessly and deliver proven ROI to our brand partners.

Some of What You’ll Do

Campaign Setup & Administration
- Support the end-to-end setup and trafficking of direct-sold digital campaigns in Google Ad Manager
- Enter and maintain line items, targeting parameters, creative uploads, and placements accurately
- Conduct pre-launch quality checks to ensure campaigns are configured correctly before going live

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily pacing and flag delivery issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members
- Pull and organize campaign performance data to support regular reporting
- Maintain accurate records of campaign status, delivery, and changes throughout the flight
