- Supervisar la implementación y seguimiento al programa general de due diligence, consistente en la revisión de documentos e información de proveedores, clientes y/o cualquier otro tercero de interés para HEINEKEN.
- Implementación de programa de control sobre gestores externos y/o proveedores similares considerados de alto riesgo, conforme a los procesos internos de la compañía.
- Apoyo, ejecución y coordinación en la implementación de distintos programas de Cumplimiento dentro de la compañía, incluyendo programas locales y globales, relacionados al Código de Conducta de Negocios, políticas y procedimientos relacionados al mismo.
