What you'll do
- Supervises, organizes and motivates employees engaged in telephone sales activities
- Performs supervisory and administrative functions at the direction of the reservations coordinator, and manager
- Determines and communicates operational needs to the reservations coordinator




- Issues written and oral instructions
- Responsible for weekly and daily scheduling and manpower utilization
- Coordinates new hire training along with instructor

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Has a minimum of one year experience in reservations
- High school diploma
- Demonstrates good working knowledge of sabre and/or aacorn
- Very good attendance record is required
- Must be able to lead and motivate employees in working as a team
- Must be decisive and able to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong administrative and analytical skills, as well as ability to work in group towards common goals set by manager
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
