Description
At Sinch, you will act as a consultative partner to clients, designing and evolving conversational strategies and products across WhatsApp and RCS, connecting business objectives to journeys that drive results (growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience).
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end cycle — from discovery and value proposition definition to journey design, proof of value, stakeholder alignment, and support for the adoption plan — always with a platform-agnostic, outcome-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Value-oriented discovery: understand the client’s context, goals, KPIs, and pain points (e.g., conversion, cost per interaction, NPS/CSAT, productivity, compliance).
- Journey and use-case strategy: recommend and structure journeys (notifications, two-way conversations, interactions, authentication, billing, sales, customer support), with a focus on experience and measurable outcomes.
- Value proposition and business case: build an executive narrative, estimate impact (ROI),



and prioritize initiatives with the highest return (quick wins vs. roadmap).
- Proofs of value (POV/POC) and demos: lead demonstrations and pilots that validate results, with clear success criteria and a scale-up plan.
- Stakeholder orchestration: align Sales, Product, CS/PS, Support, and Compliance to ensure scope, ownership, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Adoption and implementation plan: support the client throughout the adoption journey (milestones, dependencies, risks, and requirements), reducing friction through go-live.
- Voice of the customer to Product: turn customer feedback into actionable inputs for Product/Engineering (improvements, opportunities, prioritization).
- Consultative materials and proposals: support estimates, SOWs, assumptions, and risks; strengthen negotiation and closing with clarity and confidence.
- Internal enablement: create playbooks, standards, and best practices to scale knowledge and consistency in the cons
