We’re hiring an International Bookkeeper based in Central America or Mexico who will serve as the steady, supportive presence our clients rely on. You’ll work side-by-side with an Account Manager, managing the day-to-day financials for multiple clients and helping them feel confident in their numbers.

How You'll Serve:
- Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide data and insights they need for client meetings.
- Maintain organized financial records across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure all work aligns with internal systems, deadlines,



and quality standards.
- Support other client projects to help them stay financially informed and empowered.

What You Bring:
- English proficiency REQUIRED (written and verbal).
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Experience in bookkeeping or a service-based accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right.
- Comfort juggling multiple clients and deadlines with ease.
