Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and MM/PP (Production Planning) Analyst to support and enhance our SAP operations in logistics and production. The adecuado candidate will have strong functional expertise in both SAP WM, EWM, MM and PP modules, with hands-on configuration experience and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to identify, design, and implement SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP WM, EWM, MM and PP modules.
· Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
· Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives
· Develop high level design and coordinate with development team and Coordinate changes requiring infrastructure team involvement, Evaluating IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost effective improvements.
· Configure SAP WM, EWM,



MM and PP modules to support business processes – Procurement of stock material, consumable material, service. The special procurement process includes inter-company purchasing. cross stock and dropship. PO release strategy and workflow. Purchasing price condition technique, scale purchasing price settings. Purchasing source determination. MRP. Invoice verification.IM-goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, physical counting, cycle counting. Form design (purchasing form, GR slip, label printing etc.). Batch management, shelf-life management (FIFO), serial management. FTS process.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, FI and QM to ensure seamless integration.
· Support production issues, change requests, and enhancement projects.
· Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Provide end-user training and documentation.
