Actividades:
- Construir y ejecutar la estrategia de observabilidad de los procesos críticos de negocio, soportados por 125 aplicaciones NO SAP y el ERP de la compañía.
- Adopta las herramientas oficiales de Heineken, mejores practicas, lineamientos y estándares relacionados a la observabilidad.
- Mapea y actualiza la arquitectura de TI de las variables a monitorear.
- Gestiona proveedores asegurando las entregas y alineación con las practicas de Hnk.
- Es responsable de analizar la data para identificar desviaciones y fallas potenciales tanto en los procesos como en la soluciones de TI.
- Responsable de crear indicadores de observabildiad y automatización que ayuden a tomar decisiones de mejoras para la satisfacción del cliente.
