Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Be the technical expert within the commercial organization.
- Interact cross-functionally with key partner functions (i.e. R&D;, Marketing, Sales etc) to develop and execute gogo-to-to-market strategies.
- Share responsibility with Sales to achieve or exceed established regional and territory sales targets.
- MDR will lend agronomic and technical expertise to demonstrate the value of our full portfolio and technical solutions to our partners and customers.
- Executes a collaborative knowledge exchange strategy to provide customers with timely insights to enhance their confidence in our products and integrated solutions within their respective territory.



Territory Plans are influenced by more senior MDR to help develop MDRI local market knowledge and business acumen.
- Participates in Local Crop/Seed Associations/Boards to build relationships and develop insights on relevant industry/market trends.
- Collaborates with MDR/R&D;/Sales/Marketing to document local market insights that drive business decisions.
- Communicates with R&D;/Sales/Marketing to evaluate and prioritize customer and business opportunities for local Integrated & Tailored Solutions, Knowledge Transfer and Demand Creation.
- Uses overall understanding of market potential, competition, key trends, research and emerging market trends to be a local industry expert.
- Explores use of digital tools and technologies to offer customer focused solutions and enhance dealers’-partners’ capabilities.
