Job Description

As Advanced Process Engineer You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing Surface - mount processes, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Control engineering releases and changes, process designs, and efficiency improvements.
Optimize processes in final assembly, selective soldering, conformal coating, functional testing,



and mechanical assembly.
Validate wave and selective soldering / coating processes/ paste soldering process, stencil design. Creation and validation of profiles for reflow ovens.
Implement improvements to manufacturing processes and product testing.
Cost analysis review, cycle time estimation, and process flow evaluation.
Collaborate with the cost team to estimate manufacturing costs and optimize resource utilization.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to align backend processes with OEM and Tier 1 supplier requirements.
Train manufacturing and engineering staff in backend process best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
