Responsabilidades
- Actuar como socio estratégico de People para el negocio y miembro del equipo de liderazgo funcional.
- Impulsar el desempeño organizacional a través del desarrollo de talento, diseño organizacional y gestión del cambio.
- Asesorar a líderes en temas de relaciones laborales, compensación y gestión de talento.
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución de procesos y servicios principal de People en la función.
- Ser enlace con equipos regionales/globales y servicios compartidos de People.
- Promover una cultura organizacional sólida, alineada a políticas y objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos
- +6 años de experiencia en People.
- +2 años como HR Business Partner.
- Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería o afín; MBA deseable.
- Inglés Avanzado.
