Position Summary
The SAP Project System (PS) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP PS module to meet business requirements related to project management, project planning, budgeting, costing, and project execution. This role works closely with cross-functional SAP teams and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions, optimize project management processes,
and ensure seamless integration with related modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PPM.
Key Responsibilities
SAP PS Configuration & Implementation

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS functional specifications.

Configure SAP PS components including WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, planning, settlement, budgeting, and cost control.

Support system upgrades, enhancements, rollouts, and new implementations.

Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution.
Business Process Design & Optimization

Work with project and portfolio management teams to understand operational needs and propose optimized SAP solutions.

Lead workshops to document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) processes.

Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation.
