What you'll do
- Performs supervisory and administrative functions




- Determines and communicates operational needs to the Travel Center Manager
- Issues written and oral instruction and corrective action if necessary
- Responsible for weekly and daily scheduling and manpower utilization
- Coordinates new hire training and monitors successful completion of new hire self-study training workbook
- Performs agent work as required

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Has a minimum of one year experience in Travel Center, Reservation or Passenger Service
- High school Diploma or GED
- Demonstrates good working knowledge of Sabre
- Excellent customer service and interpersoanl skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts according to operational needs
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and fluently speak both English and Native Language
- Good organizational skills
