The General Manager Mexico is responsible for:
- Lead the organization, define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional strategic objectives to achieve short-term as well long-term brand positioning, above-market growth, and P&L; results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulations
- Develop talent in the organization, as well as prepare succession for critical roles
- Own the overall sales process within your assigned countries (pre-sale and post-sale).
