The Integrated Solutions Well Engineer – Completions/Workover plays a key role in delivering engineering excellence across the full well lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on completion operations, well repair (workover),



and intervention programs.
This position supports activities from concept and tendering through execution and project close-out, ensuring all engineering work complies with the Integrated Solutions Management System, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. The role requires close collaboration with HSE, operations, commercial, and service delivery teams to ensure well integrity, safety, and operational efficiency while leveraging digital environments such as VCDSE.
As an Integrated Solutions Well Engineer – Completions/Workover, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing well designs, technical requirements, and operational plans focused on completion, workover, and intervention activities
• Supporting tendering phases by providing engineering input and collaborating with commercial and procurement teams
• Developing detailed well programs and procedures for completion operations and well repair (workover
