Description
- Manage certification documentation and stakeholder communications using internal and customer-facing systems and tools.
- Support the end-to-end certification process by ensuring project information is accurate, complete, and ready for processing.
- Coordinate backend project activities across multiple industries and business functions.
- Review project data, identify discrepancies, and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project records and provide status updates throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries professionally and with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects, requests, and email communications while meeting deadlines.
- Actively contribute to process improvements, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse general teams to drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, security requirements, and ethical standards at all times.




- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role.
- Higher Secondary Education/ University degree or Diploma is required depending on the region.
- Should possess basic computer knowledge and shall be well versed with MS word and should have good Keyboard skills.
- English skills intermediate level / should possess strong communication skills, critical thinking and interpretation skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive day to day tasks without sacrificing quality.
- Must work well independently and actively engage in team discussions; providing feedback when applicable.
