Sr. Packaging Engineer

Responsible for overseeing and guiding specialized teams within a specific technical discipline. This position ensures the effective application of best practices, standards, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency. By fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, the role aims to develop team capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Purpose:

To drive the PX mission of creating ‘remarkable and responsible experiences for all’ through the end-to-end technical and creative delivery of packaging solutions. Operating as a blended role across Packaging Innovation and Packaging Engineering, this position independently manages the development of packaging for our innovation pipeline (NPDs) while leading complex business protection initiatives. The role requires in-depth technical expertise to balance consumer desirability, technical feasibility, and business viability, delivering high-impact outcomes within agile 90-day work cycles.

Flow to priorities: Lead and execute packaging innovation and engineering tasks for top business priorities. The role operates with a versátil mindset, flowing to 90-day cycle priorities across brands, regions, and manufacturing sites as defined by the business.
