We are looking for a Marketing manager to design, execute, and lead the marketing strategy for ON.energy in the LATAM region, positioning the brand and its UPS solutions portfolio for Artificial Intelligence applications in markets with high demand for mission-critical infrastructure. Generate awareness, credibility, and qualified demand in a market where brand recognition is still emerging,



reporting to the VP for LATAM and acting as the direct liaison between the region and the Corporate Marketing team in the U.S., ensuring general brand consistency with local relevance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or specialization in B2B Marketing or Commercial Management desirable.
- Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing in technology, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors. Demonstrable experience in brand positioning in LATAM markets. Experience working in matrix structures or reporting to U.S.-based leadership is a plus.
