What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Overhaul's solutions while fostering long-term partnerships.
In this role, you will:




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure contractual commitments and service expectations are successfully delivered.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor customer performance through KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage customer escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with outstanding relationship management skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
- Experience supporting customers in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
