About the Role

You will own the end-to-end supply planning process—balancing cost, service, capacity, and risk across the network—while modernizing how planning gets done through automation, AI/ML,



and self-service analytics (Power BI/Qlik). You’ll lead a team of planners, partner tightly across S&OP;/IBP, interfacing with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, and deliver exception-driven, scenario-based plans and decision-ready dashboards that improve service and inventory simultaneously.

What You Will Do
- Lead and coach a team of supply planners—elevate capabilities through structured inquiry, problem-solving, and continuous improvement rituals.
- Lead the monthly S&OP;/IBP supply review; align inventory and service targets and convert S&OP; decisions into executable supply and deployment plans.
- Drive exception-based, scenario planning—codify planning rules, alerts, and ‘what-if’ simulations for supply disruptions (e.g., materials scarcity, capacity constraints).
- Lead the roadmap for APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) capabilities (e.g., SAP IBP Response & Supply), including data model, parameters
