Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate molding machine setup and maintenance activities.
- Develop and improve molding setup standards and processes.
- Lead failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Manage molding transfer projects between lines or facilities.
- Create and maintain molding process documentation.
- Plan and execute new production molding trials and validations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to resolve technical issues.
