**What You'll Be Doing**:
- **Lead the planning and execution of new products and processes being transferred from other Danfoss facilities.
**:
- **Lead APQP deliverables**for New Product Development and Standard Transition Process teams, ensuring compliance with AIAG standards.
- **Drive PPAP submissions**at the plant level,



ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
- **Act as the quality representative**on PROLaunch teams, coordinating risk identification and mitigation plans.
- **Facilitate Launch Readiness Reviews**and administer corrective actions, ensuring successful program launches.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **BS Degree**in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
- **5 years of experience**in manufacturing processes, with strong knowledge in APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
- **Proficiency in Minitab**and Microsoft Project Software, with a solid understanding of ISO/IATF ***** standards.
- **Leadership skills**to guide multifunctional teams, with effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- **Fluent in English**, with strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated approach.
