**What we are looking for**:
- 3 years of professional UI / UX experience.
5+ years preferred but not required.
- WebFlow expert with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Four-Year College degree.
- Strong knowledge of modern design software and proficiency with Sketch, Figma & InVision.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Reliability in getting things done on time.
- Top-notch taste in design.
