**General Accountant Bilingual / Automotive Industry**

A company that designs, develops, and manufactures interior finishes and complex kinematic assemblies for the world's most recognized automotive brands.
These critical components are managed through an intricate global network of responsive supply chains, delivered Just-In-Time (JIT) to their respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) production facilities.
We are looking for a highly skilled **General Accountant** to join our finance team at our plant in Mexico.
This role is critical to ensuring accurate **financial reporting, tax compliance, and alignment** with global corporate standards in a highly audited environment.
**What we're looking for?
**
- **Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)**:
- 5 years of experience in general accounting
- **+3 years of experience in automotive industry (mandatory)**:
- Strong knowledge of Fiscal Compliance, R2R, Attendance Internal/External Audit and FInancials Statements.
- **Advanced English (you'll work with global teams)**
**What you'll do?
**
- R2R management.
Report financials to global teams in English
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican tax regulations (VAT, income tax, withholdings)
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Fiscal Compliance,



support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee payroll accounting (IMSS, Infonavit, taxes)
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Participate in ERP and process improvement projects

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary: MXN $40,000 - $45,000 gross per month

**Location**: Plant-based role in Puebla, Mexico.
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (availability during month-end/year-end closing required)
