**Overview**:
We are seeking a UX Designer to translate complex business requirements into **intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences**.
This role combines user research, interaction design, and usability best practices to create human-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **user research** (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry) to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop **personas, journey maps, and task analyses** to guide design decisions
- Create **wireframes, prototypes (low to high fidelity), and user flows**:
- Design intuitive **interaction patterns and responsive user interfaces**:
- Perform **usability testing and heuristic evaluations** to validate designs
- Define and structure **information architecture** for digital products
- Iterate designs based on **user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results**:
- Ensure compliance with **accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)**:
- Collaborate closely with **product managers, engineers, and stakeholders**:
- Present design concepts and rationale through **clear storytelling and documentation**

**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **UX design, product design, or interaction design**:




- Strong expertise in:

- Usability testing and heuristic evaluation
- Solid understanding of:
- Information architecture and user flows
- Interaction design and responsive design principles

- Experience working in **Agile environments with rapid iteration cycles**:
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience building and maintaining **design systems, style guides, and component libraries**:
- Basic knowledge of **front-end technologies** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with **advanced research tools and analytics** (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Experience with **motion design, micro-interactions, and animation**:
