Answer inbound calls and messages fast, qualify customers, book free in-person estimate visits, follow up on every lead until it books or closes out, and reach out to past customers.




Our system handles confirmations, invoicing, and records quickly — your time goes to customers, not paperwork.
The role is performed in English; our field team operates in Spanish, so working across both languages is part of the job.Working hours:8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Pacific.
CDMX / Costa Rica: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Colombia: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.Requirements:Advanced English and strong phone communication · real phone customer-service or phone-sales experience · comfortable asking for the booking · organized, reliable, detail-oriented · quiet remote workspace.Nice to have:home-services, BDC, or appointment-setting experience.Process — we move fast:short AI video interview → role-play interview with the owner → offer this week.
