About the job Our Customer is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and team-oriented middle Quality Engineer focused on testing and automating end-to-end business processes for the Commercial organization.The candidate must have an exceptional understanding and experience with planning, writing, automating, and executing integration, functional and regression testing use cases.What will you doConduct manual testing of software applications to identify and document defectsDesign, develop, and execute test cases for new features to ensure comprehensive test coverageWork as a liaison between offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams, where applicableCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specificationsPerform API testing to validate data integrity, security, and functionalityCreate and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reportsParticipate in agile development processes, providing valuable feedback to enhance product qualityIdentify and report issues through the appropriate channels, including bug tracking systemsWork closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot,



and resolve reported issuesRegular interaction with onsite team over different communication channels including online meetings, chats, and emails.One-on-one interaction with onsite manager/POC to discuss status of ongoing tasksDefining timelines/estimations for features, stories, and test suites from QE perspectiveQualificationsMUST BE LOCATED IN TIJUANA, BAJA CALIFORNIA as this is an onsite role.
~ Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent or higher.
~3+ years of hands‐on experience testing enterprise web application.
~ Strong functional testing skills, includin g UI testing, API testing (e.g., Postman), and integration testing across multiple components.
~ Understanding of role‐based access and the ability to validate multi‐step workflow scenarios.
~ Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical ability to identify and troubleshoot issues across interconnected systems.
~ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams in a fast‐moving environment.
